Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received or if delivery is not possible.

Delivery

We deliver within 45 miles of Jackson, KY.
Customers are responsible for making sure trucks/equipment can access the delivery location.
We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or property caused by delivery vehicles or unloading materials.

Products

Firewood: Sold as seasoned hardwood by the face cord/rick (approx. 4 ft high × 8 ft long × 16–18 in deep). Natural variation in wood size, cut, and moisture content may occur.
Gravel: Sold by load or ton. Loads are approximate; weight may vary slightly due to natural conditions.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final once products are delivered.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of error (e.g., wrong product delivered).

Limitation of Liability

Once products are delivered, Kragon Stone, LLC is not responsible for how they are used, stored, or handled.
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of the product purchased.
